Cue the confetti, you're engaged!

It's time to celebrate this sweet time with your beau! We have created a one year timeline to help you out along your journey to becoming a Mrs. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!

10 to 12 months

GUEST LIST

Time to write down your list and make sure it gets approved by each side of the families before moving forward! Once you get the your total amount of guests, go back through and count the households so you will know your actual invitation suite number.

You aren't ordering an invitation for each person, you will only send an invitation to each household.

4-6 months

DESIGN PROCESS

After your save the dates are mailed, it's time to order your invitation suite! For custom orders, this is when we collect design inspiration, colors, and paper to come up with your perfect suite. This will be enough time for the design and printing process to make sure you receive your suite just in time to address, stamp and send out.

If you are wanting calligraphy addressing, place order around the same six month mark to ensure your calligrapher has enough time before it's time to send them out.

8-9 months

SAVE THE DATES

Place your order within this time to make sure you are still on schedule! Make sure to also put in enough time after receiving your save the dates for addressing and getting your postage. If your wedding will be out of town, place your order sooner to make sure they have enough time to book flights.

On your save the date, include your wedding website or accommodations for hotels you recommend or room blocks.

6-8 weeks

SEND THEM OUT

Once you receive your wedding suite, this is the time to send them out to your guests. If your guests are out of town, make sure to send at eight weeks to ensure travel accommodations. If your guests are local, six weeks will be plenty of time.

SEND THEM OUT

The earliest to send out your save the dates is eight months before. This will give your out of town guests just enough time to make sure they are prepared for travel.  But don't worry, if your guests are local, you can send them out around the 6 month mark.

THANK YOU NOTES

This will also be the time to purchase thank you cards for any showers or engagement gifts before the big day.

ENVELOPE ADDRESSING

Want printed guest addressing for your envelopes? This service is offered for both Custom and Semi-Custom clients. Please note that these will not be handwritten and will be digitally printed with a matching script or serif font to your suite.
